Constructive Living Center Massachusetts (CLCMA)

Welcome to the Constructive Living Center of Massachusetts (CLCMA) located in  the town of  Stoneham.

CLCMA's goal is to help people, specifically adolescents and their parents, to know what is uncontrollable and thereby not waste time struggling to change what cannot be changed.

We do this by applying Constructive Living (CL) principles to your unique situation.

Constructive Living  is a unique Japanese-American blend of two older,  very different Japanese therapies called Morita and Naikan.

In the late Sixties, an American earning his doctorate in psychological anthropology in Japan, David K. Reynolds, united the two, dubbed the result Constructive Living and imported it to the West.
